Well, I just upgraded my blog to MT 3.2 Beta 3… This new stuff is looking very nice! I’ve been playing around with it since beta 1 and I’m very anxious for the final release to come out (it’s a lil’ annoying looking at the 3.2 Beta tag @ the top of my blog LOL).
Anyway, I’m now upgraded to the latest beta release and I’m going to start playing with it on this blog. I’m not going to make any major changes to the look & feel of the current site, at least not until I learn all the new stuff in MT 3.2. I’ve got a test blog in a sub-folder on the site that I’m working with to get the site designed like I want it with all the new features & coding standards. Their new CSS template is very nice, and I may just add some graphics to it and call it a day. No reason to go overboard with it, you know? So, maybe within a month or so the new UrbanWordz will be unveiled, but it definitely won’t be until the final released is launched.
Also, I’m hoping that a few plugins get upgraded (Extrafields!) so that they’re compatible with MT 3.2… I’m hoping that’s really soon. I’ve got some other sites I’d love to convert to 3.2, but can’t do so until those plugins are compatible.
