1. Nature of Services
The Frequency Exchange is a personal support container that includes intuitive tarot readings, energy work (Reiki), Human Design insights, and ongoing async support. These services are spiritual and intuitive in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Nothing shared within this container should be treated as such.
2. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Results are personal and vary by individual. LaRosa Johnson makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, decisions, or life changes resulting from participation in this container.
3. Payment & Refund Policy
All sales are final. Pay-in-full purchases are non-refundable. Monthly payment plans are non-cancellable for the duration of the agreed term — you are committing to the full container, not a month-to-month arrangement.
4. Monthly Calls (if selected)
Calls must be booked using the link provided each month. Unused calls do not roll over and cannot be redeemed after your container end date.
5. Your Responsibility
You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing. This container is a space for reflection and support — not direction. You retain full autonomy over your choices.
6. Confidentiality
What you share within this container stays between us. Likewise, readings, insights, and content shared with you are for your personal use only and are not to be redistributed.
7. Right to Terminate
LaRosa Johnson reserves the right to end the container at any time if a client's conduct is harmful, abusive, or otherwise incompatible with the spirit of the work. In such cases, a prorated refund may be offered at LaRosa's discretion.
Counsel Sessions & Standalone Services
By completing your purchase, you agree to the following terms.
1. Nature of Services
Counsel Sessions (card readings), Human Design readings, and Reiki sessions are intuitive and energetic in nature. They are offered for personal reflection and spiritual support only — not as a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. Nothing shared in a session should be treated as such.
2. No Guaranteed Outcomes
Insights, guidance, and energy work are personal in nature. No specific outcomes, results, or predictions are guaranteed.
3. Payment & Refunds
All sales are final. No refunds are issued once a session is purchased.
4. Scheduling & No-Shows
Once purchased, sessions must be booked within 60 days. Unbooked sessions expire after that window. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. No-shows forfeit the session.
5. Your Responsibility
You retain full autonomy over your choices and decisions. These sessions are a space for reflection and support — not direction or instruction.
6. Confidentiality
What you share in a session stays between us. Content, readings, and insights shared with you are for your personal use only and are not to be redistributed or published without permission.
7. Right to Refuse Service
LaRosa Johnson reserves the right to decline or end a session if a client's conduct is harmful, abusive, or otherwise incompatible with the spirit of the work.
